Participant online introduction to mindfulness course, February 2021
“Susan has delivered a number of Mindful-based Living courses to staff from across the Council; from Roads Engineers to front line Office Housing staff. A number of these being delivered on-line due to the Covid pandemic. This course was offered to staff as a health and wellbeing initiative as research has found that mindfulness not only reduces stress and anxiety but, is good for wellbeing, increases compassion, job satisfaction, work engagement and resilience. As well as improving productivity, creativity, emotional intelligence and communication. The feedback received has not only been positive but, exuded with enthusiasm. To support anyone whom attends her course Susan furthermore, offers free on-line practice sessions 3 times a week. Not only is Susan a competent trainer but, she embodies what she teaches imbuing mindfulness, authenticity and compassion. Qualities that have undoubtedly led to the success of this course”.

I find Susan is like a mentor…even though she is so understated…she takes the mystery out of mindfulness and makes it totally accessible to us all. I did a mindfulness course with Susan 12 months ago and it would have ended there only for the zoom sessions 3 times weekly. l would highly recommend it for people who want to live peacefully for the remainder of their lives
