Drop in Sessions
Drop in mindfulness sessions are held weekly on Tuesdays 10 – 11am at Myross Wood, Leap.

One to one sessions
Private one to one sessions (online at present) for those who would like to be introduced to mindfulness in a bespoke, person centred way.
Mindfulness Based Living Course
The Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) consists of eight classes, each two hours long, preceded by a two hour introductory class and concluded with a follow up class at an agreed later date. A day of silent mindfulness practice (approx. 6 hours) is included.
This course can be adapted to workplace staff teams.
Organisational and workplace mindfulness
Bespoke introductory mindfulness sessions and workplace wellbeing days (half days also available)
Forest Bathing
Also known as Shinrin Yoku, forest bathing is a simple yet powerful well-being practice which originated in Japan in the 1980’s as a natural response to stress and other health-related issues. Each experience is a typically 2 hour ‘immersion’ in nature, bathing the senses and deepening our nature connection.
